Here’s how to use the medication
Pysllium fibre provides gentle relief of occasional constipation usually in 12-72 hours after one dose.
Take 5 capsules as a single dose with a glass of water
As your body adjusts to increased fibre intake, you may experience changes in bowel habits or minor bloating. For first time use, start with 1 dose per day and gradually increase to 3 doses per day if needed.
Do not take other medications within 2 hours of other pysllium fibre products
Do not take alongside any other laxatives
stop taking and contact your health care provider if constipation lasts more than 7 days, rectal bleeding occurs or you do not have a bowel movement

Store at room temperature below 30˚C and in a dry place. Do not store in a bathroom.

Do not use for the treatment of constipation lasting more than 1 week.

Once your kit is ready you can either pick it up at our on site location (75 Montpelier St, Brampton, ON., L6Y 6H4) or have your medication delivered monthly to your home for free. We ship across Canada to all regions except for: New Brunswick, Northwest Territories, Prince Edward Island, Nunavut, and Yukon. Once your order has been processed, you’ll be provided with a tracking number and can expect your delivery within 2-5 days.
How to get a refill:
If you require a refill of your Hydralyte, you can email the pharmacy team at pharmacy@jackhealth.ca, or by reach them by phone at 905-291-7970 to request a refill. Please do so 1 week before your next refill is due to ensure you receive your medication on time.
