All-in-one Relief
This relief kit includes all the products you would need to combat all the possible weight loss medication side effects. Included is dimenhydrinate for nausea, Oral rehydration salts for vomiting and dehydration, loperamide for diarrhea, sennosides and metamucil for loose stools, and acetaminophen OR ibuprofen for headache and aches and pains.
How to take
Dimenhydrinate: Take one tablet every 4 hours as needed for nausea
Oral Rehydration Salts: Dissolve one packet in 500mL of water as needed to rehydrate
Calcium Carbonate: Chew 1-2 tablets as needed after meals
Loperamide: Take one or two tablets after first episode of loose stools, then repeat with a second episode of loose stools. Do not take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Sennosides: Take 1-2 tablets at night for relief of constipation
Relaxa: Mix one capful in one cup of water for gradual relief of constipation
Fibre Supplement: Take 5 tablets as a single dose once daily with a cup of water

Oral rehydration salts: Dextrose, short chain fluctooligosaccharides, citric acid, sodium chloride, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, natural flavour, calcium silicate, acesulfame-potassium, sucralose, FD&C Red No.40, FD&C Blue No.1, mineral oil. sodium hexamtaphosphate, sucrose, talc.
Calcium carbonate: (alpha) adipic acid, artificial and natural flavours, corn starch, FD&C Blue no.1 Al. Lake, FD&C red no.40 Al. Lake, FD&C yellow no.5 Al. Lake, FD&C yellow No.6 Al. Lake,
Loperamide: Loperamide, D&C yellow#10, Blue #1, Fd&C yellow No.6, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, pregelatanized starch, sodium starch glycolate.
Sennosides: Calcium sennosides, croscarmellose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, mineral oil.
Fibre supplement: Plantago ovata (pysllium husk), gelatin
