Who is Jack Health?
Jack Health is a Canadian health company for men with the goal to make prescription-based healthcare accessible, comfortable, and safe. Our network of medical professionals and pharmacies is comprised entirely of Canadian-certified healthcare providers. From prescription to a pharmacy, you are in well trained hands. Our team is ready to help with discretion, convenience, and exceptional service.
How does Jack Health work?
It’s simple. Explore our solutions and pick the treatment you want. You’ll be prompted to fill out a short, online medical consult that gives our medical team the info they need to see if this treatment is right for you. After their review, they fill your prescription and it gets shipped right to your door, for free! No lines, no fuss. And if you’re found ineligible for any ordered treatment after our medical team reviews your consult, you will be refunded.
Can I start the process without a prescription?
Yes, you can order any product you think is suitable for your lifestyle and needs. Once you checkout, you will be prompted to book your free virtual visit with a healthcare practitioner, to ensure your selection is a fit based on your medical history. When the practitioner approves your order, your prescription will be shipped. We take your safety very seriously, so if the practitioner does not feel you are a candidate for a medical treatment your order will be refunded.
Do I need a prescription to buy these solutions?
For the most part yes, treatments offered by us will require a prescription from a Canadian licensed medical professional. There are a few exceptions (like vitamins and supplements, along with a few other solutions like rosemary oil for hair loss). Most of what we offer are pharmaceuticals and therefore require a medical professional to review your health background, discuss side effects, and double check any interactions that may occur with other medications you may be on. Then they’ll determine the best treatment plan for you.
Is it covered by insurance?
If you have a private drug plan that covers medication, your out-of-pocket fees may decrease significantly. Many Health Spending Accounts can also cover costs for medication or practitioner visits. You will be provided with a receipt to use for your claims. For questions about using your insurance to pay, please mention that you have insurance when the pharmacy contacts you – a refund will be provided for the portion that covered by your plan if applicable. You can also find out what your plans covers by contacting your insurer or emailing our pharmacy.
Where is my prescription getting filled from?
All Jack Health and Jill Health orders are dispensed from our growing network of licensed Canadian pharmacies or the pharmacy of your choice. Need to get in touch with our care team, it’s as easy text, phone or email?

Where do you ship?
We’re available in all Canadian provinces for most of our treatments, specifically:
Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, and Newfoundland and Labrador
Currently “TRT and Weight Loss” programs are not available in Manitoba, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
