This assessment does not replace your family doctor. Some symptoms need an in person exam, and your clinician will tell you if that is the case.
How much does it cost?
Initial assessment: $110. This covers the 24+ biomarker blood panel, the clinician consultation, and your results review.
Ongoing care: $110 every 3 months. This includes re testing.
Prescriptions: If your clinician prescribes a treatment, that cost is billed separately. Your clinician will explain it before you decide.
Shipping: Free, discreet, and within 3 to 5 business days.
Does insurance cover it?
Coverage varies by plan and employer. Ask your insurance provider what your plan covers.
If your plan covers a prescription, we can often bill your insurer directly.
How do I get my blood work done?
We send you a requisition from our clinical team, and you choose a lab near you.
1. Complete your online assessment (5 to 10 minutes).
2. Our clinical team reviews your answers.
3. We issue a blood work requisition.
4. Walk into any LifeLabs, Dynacare, or private lab in your area. Most labs accept walk ins.
5. Results come back to us within 2 to 3 days.
6. Your clinician reviews the results with you and recommends next steps.
What happens after my results come back?
Your clinician reviews your full panel, including liver, kidney, lipid, and thyroid markers, together with your symptoms and health history. They explain what they found and recommend next steps.
Next steps can include lifestyle changes, further tests, a referral to a specialist, or a prescription when it is medically appropriate.
No result leads to an automatic prescription. Each decision is made by your clinician based on your full health picture.
What does ongoing care look like?
Your clinician checks in with you and re tests your blood work every 3 months.
If something changes, your clinician reviews it with you and adjusts your plan. Ongoing adjustments are part of the program, not an upsell.
Where do you ship?
We are available in all Canadian provinces. Hormone health assessments are currently available in all provinces except Quebec, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
