Product Information
Here’s a quick breakdown of your new prescription:

Viagra and Cialis are two treatments for erectile dysfunction. Viagra is a brand name for sildenafil, which increases blood flow to the penis by relaxing the blood vessels. Cialis is a brand name for tadalafil, which works similarly to Viagra but can also be taken as a low-dose tablet once a day for men who want to be ready for sexual activity at any time. Both brand name and generic versions of Viagra and Cialis have the same active ingredients and are safe and effective treatments for erectile dysfunction. This product information page will apply to any product labeled sildenafil, tadalafil, viagra or cialis, at all doses.

How to Use & Keep Using
Here’s how to use the medication

Pop it only when you’re about to get some.

Take only your prescribed dose as directed.

Swallow the tablet whole, with some water.

  • Viagra (sildenafil):
    • To be taken as needed approximately 30 – 60 minutes before sexual activity. However, it may be taken anywhere from 0.5 hour to 4 hours before sexual activity. The duration of action may be up to 12 hours. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day.
    • Orodispersible films: Place the film on your tongue with a dry finger, as needed approximately 30 minutes before sexual activity. Allow the film to dissolve completely before swallowing with or without water. You can swallow your saliva while the film is dissolving, without swallowing the film.
If a second film is needed for a 100 mg dose, take the second film once the first is fully dissolved.
  • Cialis (tadalafil):
    • You can engage in sexual activity within 30 minutes of taking the tablet and up to 36 hours later. The amount of time it takes to work varies from person to person.
    • Daily dosing: You may take it at approximately the same time each day, regardless of when you are planning to have sex.
  • Jaxx (sildenafil/tadalafil):
    • Take one capsule daily, with or without food. High-fat meals and alcohol may affect the medication’s absorption and your results. Never take more than one dose in a 24-36 hour period. Your medication label will specify the safe interval for taking the medication.

It is important to note that these medications works only with sexual stimulation. This prescription alone does not increase your sex drive.
