Important note:

Important note:
The medication comes with tablets of two doses (starter pack, 0.5mg, 1mg).
There are 3 ways to stop smoking when you use this medication:
Fixed quit date: Set a date to stop smoking, and start your medication 8-14 days BEFORE this date
Flexible quit date: start taking the medication and quit smoking between days 8-35 of taking the medication (weeks 2-5)
Gradual quitting: Start taking the medication with the goal to reduce smoking to quit by the end of 12 weeks. With this routine, some people may need to take the medication for a total of 24 weeks. Aim to reduce smoking by half within the first 4 weeks then half again at 8 weeks.
It is not advised to take this medication with alcohol as it can increase the symptoms of intoxication, dizziness, and drowsiness.
